By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understood, and agree to the terms listed below.
Failure to follow these terms can lead to refusal/disconsolation (partial refund depending on the stage of the piece) of the order.2. Customer Rights and Restrictions
Personal use is allowed.Examples include: personal printing(non-commercial), posting on social media with credit.NO: using piece in AI, uncredited posting, profiting w/o rights.I reserve the right to reject any orders.Please be kind, disrespectful behavior can lead to cancelled orders.3. Do's/dont'sWill draw: sfw/nsfw is fine, keep in mind im best as furry, humans, and design. mecha/complicated designs will add additional fees.Wont draw: scat, hateful stuff. (if unsure ask me)4. Process/Revisions
Detailed References and descriptions are required.Piece updates includes: sketch, line, color, render, revisions, etc.Major revisions during the sketch phase are fine.Only minor revisions will be made during the post-sketch phase.Expect a piece within two weeks, due note that unforeskeen circumstances can delay the artwork, ill be sure to communicate with you if so.Format of files will be in pngs.5. PaymentsPaypal only. (friends and family payment option please)Once commission is confirmed half payment is expected, once received ill work on the sketch and line phase.Full payment ONLY after lines are verified.IMPORTANT: the prices listed on the com sheet are not concrete as the price is subject to change depending on the complexity/time spent on the piece.6. REFUNDS
Partial refunds are allowed depending on the stage of the piece/time spent on it.example: refund on sketch/line phase can get you from 60%-30% refund..
